What You’ll Do
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems.Build value by recommending right-fit upgrades (IAQ, system replacements, airflow fixes, controls).Educate homeowners in plain language so they can make smart decisions today.Document clearly in the field app; follow safety and code requirements.Protect the brand : tidy work areas, professional appearance, and five-star service on every call.What Success Looks Like
Accurate same-day diagnostics and first-visit resolutions whenever possible.Strong conversion on Comfort Club opportunities and recommended upgrades.Low callbacks, high five-star reviews, and clean paperwork.Dependable punctuality, great communication with dispatch, and a team-first mindset.What You Bring
2+ years as an HVAC Service Tech (residential preferred).Strong troubleshooting chops across split systems & heat pumps; IAQ familiarity a plus.Confident, customer-friendly communicator who educates—never pressures.Valid driver’s license with clean record; EPA 608 preferred.Pay, Perks & Benefits
