The finance team ensures capital allocation aligns with our growth strategy, while legal safeguards our innovative compensation data products.

The People team is at a pivotal moment - we're rebuilding our people function from the ground up to support our next phase of growth from 150 to 500+ employees. The team will be focused on designing and implementing scalable people operations that balance analytical rigor with genuine care for the employee experience, seeing every touchpoint as an opportunity to build something meaningful. Our people team thrives in ambiguity, views inefficiencies as opportunities for improvement, and understands that creating elegant people processes is fundamentally about empowering teams to do their best work.

Compensation, It's What We Do
Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental, and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. This salary range may include multiple levels.
