Building Talent partners with commercial and industrial construction firms across California on ongoing and upcoming Project Accountant and Senior Project Accountant needs. This posting reflects the types of roles we regularly support as firms grow, projects scale, and accounting teams expand.
This work focuses on commercial and industrial construction projects — including healthcare, higher education, infrastructure, manufacturing, and mission-critical environments. It does not include residential or single-family construction.
We’re connecting with Project Accountants who have direct contractor-side experience and are comfortable managing the financial side of projects from setup through closeout. Depending on the role, this can range from hands-on project accounting to broader ownership across multiple jobs.
