Purchasing Analyst

Our client is looking for a Purchasing Analyst to join their Portland headquarters and support the centralization of purchasing practices as they roll out NetSuite ERP across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company experiencing rapid growth and transformation.

The Purchasing Analyst will manage purchasing activities for designated "test" branches, assist in transitioning additional branches into centralized purchasing, and play a key role in ERP-related data cleansing, training, and documentation. This position will also support inventory projects, including deadstock analysis, SKU rationalization, and future metrics development.

Job Title : Purchasing Analyst

Location : Onsite - Portland, OR

Schedule : Full-time, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (flexible, 40 hours / week)

Type : Direct Hire

Compensation : $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

ERP / NetSuite

• Support ERP data cleansing and ongoing data-related projects.
• Manage vendor primary subsidiary assignments and provide training.
• Participate in ERP training labs, and SOP / manual creation.
• Post-implementation tasks :

Assist in training branch team members on NetSuite purchasing.
