Position Description

The System Analyst will join the System Analyst department and analyze, design, and present solutions within the scope of an automated system. The role ensures that all necessary group components function properly and align with company goals and customers needs.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Meet with potential and existing customers to evaluate their needs and understand their processes.
• Gather data from the customer to define project flows and throughputs (production rates and codes, shipment rates, distribution codes, warehouse utilization, etc.).
• Perform a static data analysis to identify critical project items.
• Analyze data to determine current system status.
• Develop simulation models to illustrate and validate proposed solutions.
• Configure and customize existing simulation objects for specific case studies.
• Run simulation campaigns and analyze results.
• Develop proposals by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Generate documentation reporting the functional description of the project and the data analysis performed.
• Collaborate with the system engineer to develop the bid package, including material flows, functional descriptions, proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate solutions to the client.
