Responsibilities :
Create and execute innovative food items.Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specificationsSupervise and coordinate all food preparation and presentationProvide training and leadership for kitchen staffMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and negotiate with vendors.Follow all food safety rules and regulationsQualifications :
High school diploma / GEDExtensive previous culinary experienceCertification from culinary school preferredServeSafe or Food Handler’s CertificationAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent management and leadership skills
