Gymnastics Instructor

Part-Time Position Available We are looking for new team members to join us: Part-time position available starting now and continuing to work into the Fall/Winter and beyond (not just a Summer employment). We are seeking pre-K (ages 3 - 5 years) and grade school (6 - 12 years) instructors for weekday afternoons and one weekend day. We are seeking active instructors who are fun, have high-energy, happy, enthusiastic team-players to lead gymnastics activities and games for kids. No gymnastics experience necessary but must be willing to learn and be coachable. Must have high stamina and high enthusiasm to move with the kids and hold the kids through the gymnastic movements. What we expect from you... Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!) Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Treat each class and each child as if it's their first day EVERY WEEK! You love having fun, like giving high 5's, and can play like a child! (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well) You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good. You'll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you'll be moving all day. The Little Gym of La Canada is a locally owned, non-competitive children's development center that uses gymnastics as a tool to help grow & develop students. We aim to grow our student's self-confidence & self-esteem, as well as their cognitive & physical skills for kids ages 4 months to 12 years old.
