This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on problem-solving, and wants to build a career by becoming knowledgeable across auto, home, life, and health products—without being boxed into one lane.

What You’ll Do Day to Day:


  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions across multiple product lines

  • Review accounts to ensure coverage is aligned as customers’ needs change

  • Identify gaps or opportunities where additional protection may be beneficial

  • Support policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims follow-up

  • Document activity accurately to ensure continuity and compliance

  • Participate in office initiatives that improve customer experience and retention

What You Bring to the Team:


  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn multiple insurance products

  • Organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

  • Comfort managing multiple types of customer requests in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous insurance, customer service, or sales experience preferred

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency support)
