To support billing and accounts receivable operations, the full-time remote Staff Accountant - Accounts Receivable will manage customer invoicing, payment applications, and account reconciliations while collaborating with project managers to maintain accurate billing data. Key responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices in Deltek Vantagepoint according to contract terms Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly Monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts as needed Required qualifications Experience with billing or accounts receivable Proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills Aptitude for numbers and ability to analyze financial data Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Degree in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university (preferred)
