Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a HOME HEALTH setting, in Rochester, NY! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active NY. HOME HEALTH license
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• This position begins on 08/03/2026 and ends on 10/31/2026
