The Treasury and Balance Sheet Strategies Graduate Rotational Program is a unique development opportunity within Citizens' Treasury Department for versatile graduate students who seek to become future leaders within banking and finance. You'll accelerate the development of analytical, communication, and project management skills as well as gain foundational financial analysis skills and core knowledge of bank treasury. Crafted for final-year graduate students, this is an 18-month, full-time program that offers a robust onboarding, on-the-job training, critical project responsibilities, mentorship, and an opportunity to complete three 6-month rotational assignments through various Treasury teams. You will learn the Treasury function, gain insight into the inner workings of a large financial institution, connect with senior leaders, and develop transferable skills. You may be assigned to any of the following Treasury-related areas for rotations : Funding & Liquidity, Asset / Liability Management, Capital Markets, Treasury Investments, and Hedging, Deposit Strategy, Capital Strategy & Analytics.

What you'll do :

• Engage in project-based assignments that offer meaningful exposure to how a corporate Treasury department functions
• Contribute to initiatives across funding and liquidity management, securities portfolio management, capital planning, interest rate risk management and balance sheet management

These assignments provide a deep understanding of how Treasury teams manage risk, optimize the balance sheet and support the bank's strategic objectives
