This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & MaintenanceSet up and operate the corrugated box caser or Poly‑Form/Fill Bagger and radial scale system according to company and manufacturer Quality Assurance & ComplianceVerify accurate packaging, weights, and labels throughout , SQF, and other food safety Safety & EfficiencyFollow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work , quality, and efficiency Qualifications & Skills Mechanical & Troubleshooting AbilityStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust, maintain, and troubleshoot Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs frequently (and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance).Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
