I earned my bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, where I was trained as a law enforcement officer in the National Guard. Giving back is important to me, and I’m an active member of the Chanhassen Rotary Club, supporting charitable efforts both locally and globally. I also volunteer my time coaching youth sports in the community.
For our team, we offer fun, performance-based incentives including multiple team trips each year, along with quarterly outings paid for by the agency.
