• New Holland, Pennsylvania What We Offer Competitive pay Top-tier health insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance Weekly training and ongoing skill development 7 paid holidays + paid vacation Company events and team ‑ building activities What You’ll Do Depending on the role, responsibilities may include: Residential & Residential Service Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in residential homes Provide clear communication and solution options to homeowners Perform maintenance, installations, and system upgrades Install and maintain wiring, lighting, and control systems Inspect electrical components such as breakers and transformers Ensure all work meets national and local electrical codes Respond to service calls within a 5 ‑ county area Commercial Apply strong knowledge of electrical theory Install wiring, devices, and commercial electrical components Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment Install, repair, and maintain motors, transformers, generators, lighting, circuits, and more Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions Review plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project needs Repair and maintain high ‑ voltage systems Lead projects when needed and communicate with the estimating team What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of electrical experience (license preferred) Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skilled in troubleshooting and repairs Residential Service: ability to collect payment when required Commercial: availability for weekend emergency on ‑ call rotation (approx. every 8th weekend) Ability to pass a drug and background check Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license Commitment to treating customers with dignity and respect Powered by JazzHR
