Peruzzi Mitsubishi is looking for a high-energy, aggressive, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service department.

This is not an order-taker position. We're looking for a professional who knows how to drive the lane, build relationships, increase RO averages, and create an exceptional customer experience from write-up to delivery.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers immediately and professionally upon arrival
Act as the liaison between customers and technicians
Accurately document customer concerns and repair descriptions
Consult with technicians regarding necessary repairs and alternatives
Present service recommendations clearly and confidently
Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines
Verify warranty coverage and explain service protections
Upsell maintenance services and value-added options
Communicate repair updates and vehicle pick-up times
Ensure all services and costs are clearly explained before delivery
Process payments and close repair orders properly
Maintain strong CSI and repeat customer relationships

What We're Looking For:

Automotive service advisor experience preferred
Strong understanding of automotive systems and technology
Ability to manage multiple repair orders simultaneously
Strong selling ability without sacrificing customer trust
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with dealership management software
Highly organized and results-driven mindset
