We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist 2nd Shift to produce high-quality parts to specification using CNC machine tools, hand tools, and precision inspection equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC setup, troubleshooting, editing programs, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
2nd Shift: Monday Thursday 3:30 PM 2:00 AM

Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic computer skills
Basic math skills (standard and metric)
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Ability to follow work instructions accurately
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
Ability to work well independently as well as with others
Have attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to proficiently read and write in English
Ability to follow all safety rules
Ability to work independently without guidance
Basic understanding of inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Basic understanding of G-Code and M-Code and ability to write basic programs
Knowledge of machine operations
Ability to operate crane
Ability to read and understand a blueprint, tolerances, and drafting symbols related to machining
Experience with Haas, Mazak and Doosan equipment is a plus
Ability to do machining problem solving
Ability to solve tooling issues
Physical Demands Ability to be on feet standing or walking majority of shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to lift, push, pull and sit as needed
