About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused Associate Operations Coordinators to join our team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing essential operational tasks to ensure smooth shipment coordination and top-tier customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Execute shipment coordination tasks, including creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing.
- Monitor task boards and email accounts to promptly respond to customer and carrier requests.
- Document events in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when required.
- Validate and maintain the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards.
- Follow through on customer and carrier requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational and quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, in alignment with team and country-specific requirements.
Qualifications
Required :
High school diploma or GED.Previous customer service experience.Ability to work evenings and / or weekends.Preferred :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Customer service experience in a call center or logistics environment.Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.Proven attention to detail and accuracy.Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.Location : Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite for training and 1 day / month thereafter)
Schedule : Evening shift, 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM, including weekends (Training : Mon–Fri, 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM for first 3 weeks)
