About the Role

The Director of Operations will be responsible for designing strategy, driving best-in-class execution, and developing and supporting a world-class team to deliver excellent, error-free service that drives delight and loyalty with our customers. This role will strategically oversee progress against key metrics, create clear solutions, and manage the development of team members. The Director of Operations will directly engage and contribute to managing partnerships with various teams and platforms across Doma to drive innovative solutions while maintaining a cost effective and profitable operation. Shown below is the lowest to highest base salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the base salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Doma, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

This job is also eligible for the following compensation components : Bonus

The base salary range for this role is shown below :

$124,250—$197,500 USD
