Qualifications :
- You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience practicing federal income tax law at a major law firm.
- You have experience in at least several of the following areas :
domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities / states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following : market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
New York, NY annual salary range : $260,000 to $365,000
Los Angeles, CA annual salary range : $260,000 to $365,000
