Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel

Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while developing compelling case themes and mentoring junior attorneys in a flexible work environment. Key responsibilities Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys Required qualifications JD from an ABA approved school Active Pennsylvania bar license 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation Experience managing full case handling responsibilities Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
