Position Highlights: Salary: $250,000 per year Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, if needed Annual Bonus: Up to 20% based on quality measures Loan Repayment Assistance: Available Education Stipends: For continued medical education Qualifications: MD or DO board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Training: Geriatrics training not required Primary Care: Confident in delivering high-quality primary care, addressing both medical and social needs of senior patients Patient Focus: Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved individuals Passion: Energetic and passionate about working in a fast-growing organization Our Core Values: Respect everybody.
