Job description
Are you passionate about providing top-tier patient care and exceptional customer service? Our client, a well-established dermatology practice in Richmond, VA, is dedicated to excellence in patient care and invests in its employees to uphold this commitment every day. We are seeking a Patient Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. Schedule patient appointments following established protocols to optimize provider schedules. Address patient inquiries and concerns with clarity and compassion. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and medical staff. Verify and process medical insurance information. Assist with patient registration, including obtaining necessary forms and entering demographic/payment details. Perform general office tasks as needed to support smooth operations. Uphold the practices mission, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service. What Were Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
