Job description
Position: Office Manager Location: Remote, US. Job Type: Contract, Part time/Full time Company Overview: American Bear Nutrition is a leading health and wellness company that specializes in providing high-quality supplements and nutrition products to customers all over the world. We are a fast-growing company with a passion for helping people live healthier and happier lives. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and be able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a remote position, so the candidate must be able to work from home in the USA. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, supplies, and equipment maintenance - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members - Manage and maintain company records, including employee records, contracts, and invoices - Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts and online presence - Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and provide excellent customer service - Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports - Assist with special projects and events as needed - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Experience with social media management is a plus Contract Details: This is a contractor position with the potential to become a full-time employee. The candidate must be available to work part-time or full-time, depending on the needs of the company. The position is remote, so the candidate must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace at home.
