Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter Company Overview: Power Of Fitness is a leading fitness company based in Palm Desert, California. We offer a wide range of fitness programs and services to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping our clients live a healthier and happier life. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our fitness programs and services. You will play a key role in helping us reach out to potential clients and grow our customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels - Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our fitness programs and services - Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication - Keep track of appointments and update the team on the status of each lead - Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to customer - Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred - Minimum of 1 year of experience in appointment setting or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with potential clients - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Passion for health and fitness is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home, but you must be available to work during regular business hours in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
