Position Summary
We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional in-home care.
Responsibilities
-Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
-Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
-Monitor and document vital signs and client condition as required
-Assist with medication reminders
-Provide companionship and emotional support
-Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
-Communicate changes in client health status to supervising staff
Qualifications
-Active CNA certification (required)
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum 1 year caregiving experience
-Current CPR/First Aid certification (required)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to pass background check
-Reliable transportation
