We're partnering with a growing organization in Colorado Springs to hire a Program Manager for a direct-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys owning programs from kickoff through delivery.
What You'll Do
As a Program Manager, you'll have end-to-end responsibility for program success-ensuring products and deliverables meet customer requirements while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with customer specifications
- Own overall program performance, delivery, and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, manage risks, and drive execution
- Maintain regular, clear communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and program sponsors
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while planning future actions and milestones
- Support bid and proposal activities, including preparing customer quotes for new and follow-on programs
- Influence teams through strong leadership, technical contribution, and effective communication

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred
- OR 3-5 years of related program or project management experience
