Call Center Representative

• Overview :

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented

• Customer Service Representative
• to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking service on our products. You'll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling inbound calls, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling service appointments.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and determine appropriate service solutions
• Schedule onsite service appointments with technicians
• Accurately log all customer interactions in our internal CRM system
• Perform basic invoicing tasks using Excel spreadsheets
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing repetitive clerical tasks
• Qualifications :
• Must-Haves :
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in an office setting)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Excel
• Preferred :
• Experience with scheduling appointments or dispatching services
• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
