Kids N Heart ABA is looking for a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Asheboro, NC! Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and document data on client progress
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
Hourly pay starting at $30/hour
Part-Time positions available
Flexible shifts based on your availability
Location: Asheboro, NC
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Must complete 40-hour Behavior Technician training
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children preferred
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
