About the Role: Universal Language Service, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Customer Service & Language Specialist ( Amharic ) to join our team. This dual-role position combines real-time over-the-phone and video remote interpretation (OPI/VRI) services with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. A full benefits package is available, including medical insurance.
