Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Package: Competitive salary from $100,588 to $143,769 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert perioperative care for cardiothoracic surgery patients
  • Assist in complex cardiac surgeries, including vein harvesting and surgical procedures
  • Manage ICU and surgical patient care across CVICU, floors, and clinics
  • Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare teams in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and develop detailed care plans
  • Order medications, write prescriptions, and perform bedside procedures
  • Document clinical care accurately and promptly
  • Participate in clinics and operating room coverage
  • Maintain ongoing CME and professional development

What You Need
  • Licensed Physician Assistant in Colorado or eligible for licensure
  • Minimum of 3 years of cardiac or cardiovascular surgery experience, ICU patient management preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently under physician supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
