Mortgage Underwriting QC Analyst

A company is looking for a Mortgage Underwriting Quality Control Analyst - Credit Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate loans monthly for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to procedures

Conduct pre-funding and post-funding Quality Control reviews, including re-verification of loan file contents

Perform special audits as required and identify red flags for additional due diligence

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years' mortgage processing / underwriting experience, or a combined minimum of 6 years' education and / or work experience with 4 years' mortgage experience

Working knowledge of agency guidelines

Ability to work well with all levels of management

Proven customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
