As a Screener in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help create a secure atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain compliance with established protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe any unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, checking identification and verifying authorization as required by client policies.

Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to report incidents and address security-related concerns.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents as required by site procedures.

Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations and / or lockdowns, as directed by site policies.

Minimum Requirements :

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
