- This position combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on relationship building to drive client acquisition, expand referral networks, and increase market share.
- Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, senior living communities, and community organizations.
- Oversee lead management and conversion processes, ensuring timely follow‑up and high conversion rates from inquiry to client onboarding.
- Conduct in‑person consultations with prospective clients and families to assess needs and present tailored care solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns, events, and outreach activities that generate qualified leads.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and ROI from marketing initiatives.
- Represent Acti‑Kare at local networking events, chamber of commerce meetings, senior fairs, and community activities to promote brand awareness.
- Maintain CRM data accurately in Acti‑Link, ensuring all leads, activities, and outcomes are documented for reporting and analysis.
- Train and mentor any sales support staff or care coordinators in best practices for consultative selling.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly New Client Acquisitions :
