Sales Director – Acti‑Kare of New Tampa Location :

  • We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our business growth initiatives in the New Tampa area.
  • This position combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on relationship building to drive client acquisition, expand referral networks, and increase market share.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, senior living communities, and community organizations.
  • Oversee lead management and conversion processes, ensuring timely follow‑up and high conversion rates from inquiry to client onboarding.
  • Conduct in‑person consultations with prospective clients and families to assess needs and present tailored care solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns, events, and outreach activities that generate qualified leads.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and ROI from marketing initiatives.
  • Represent Acti‑Kare at local networking events, chamber of commerce meetings, senior fairs, and community activities to promote brand awareness.
  • Maintain CRM data accurately in Acti‑Link, ensuring all leads, activities, and outcomes are documented for reporting and analysis.
  • Train and mentor any sales support staff or care coordinators in best practices for consultative selling.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly New Client Acquisitions :

  • Target of X new clients per month (to be defined based on territory goals).
  • Monthly Billable Hours Growth :

  • Achieve X% growth in total client billable hours month‑over‑month.
  • Lead-to-Consultation Conversion Rate :

  • Minimum 40–50% of qualified leads converted to consultations.
  • Consultation-to-Client Conversion Rate :

  • Minimum 60–70%.
  • Referral Partner Engagement :

  • Minimum 10–15 quality contacts / visits per week.
  • Community Presence :

  • Attend at least 2–3 networking or community events per month.

  • Knowledge of the Tampa market and local senior care landscape is a plus.
