Red Cat Holdings, a leader in advanced drone technology, is seeking a Product Lifecycle (PLM) and Documentation Control Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our drone systems and related technologies. This role is responsible for managing products from initial concept and development, through production, sustainment, and end-of-life within the PLM system. The PLM / DC will collaborate across engineering, supply chain, operations, and customer support to ensure that Red Cat's products remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer and mission needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management

• Own and drive the product lifecycle process, from concept and design through release, upgrades, and obsolescence.
• Maintain product revision history, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional reviews on product change proposals and manage change control processes (ECR / ECO).
• Leading the weekly change control board (CCB) meeting to discuss open change requests, risks, impacts, and review past changes.
• Drive and own the PLM processes as well as the PLM system, such as routing and approval processes.

Compensation : Salary plus generous annual equity package and potential bonuses.
