Pay Rate : $40-45+ per hour, based on level of experience

A leading precision machining manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support complex, high-tolerance component production. This role focuses on creating efficient CNC programs, designing fixtures, and optimizing machining processes for both new and existing products.

Responsibilities :

• Program and optimize CNC machining operations using Mastercam based on detailed part drawings and specifications.
• Set up and run vertical CNC mills to complete operations such as drilling, milling, contouring, and tapping.
• Determine the best tools, cutting parameters, and materials to achieve precision and efficiency.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections using precision measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Diagnose and correct machining or programming issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing methods and resolve technical challenges.
