Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications that drive B2B Ecommerce projects. You will have the opportunity to lead technical initiatives for API integration and contribute to the evolution of our technical architecture. The project requires background in AWS, cloud services, Retail POS solutions, B2B, E-Commerce, Payments, Integrated Banking and other related domains. Experience in working in a start-up environment is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.
• Design, architect, and implement high-quality software applications using Python and related technologies, following best practices and coding standards.
• Lead the development of critical components and features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting software development best practices.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Identify and address technical debt, inefficiencies, and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the teams technical capabilities and processes.
• Work with third-party service providers to consume APIs.
