The Regional Operations Leader plays a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Organization's clinics within their designated region.
This position is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to Office Managers at various clinic locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, policies, and standards.
The Regional Operations Leader collaborates closely with the VP of Operations and other senior leaders to drive excellence in clinical and administrative operations across the region.
- Strategic Leadership and Oversight :
- Develop and implement regional operational strategies, objectives, and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
2. Team Management and Development :
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Office Managers within the region, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and performance evaluations to ensure consistent standards and practices across clinics.
3.Operational Excellence :
- Conduct regular site visits to clinics within the region to assess operational efficiency, compliance with policies and regulations, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with Office Managers to address operational challenges, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
4. Collaboration and Communication :
- Serve as a key liaison between regional clinics, the VP of Operations, and other organizational stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among clinics to promote consistency and excellence in service delivery.
5. Financial Management and Accountability :
- Monitor regional budgets, expenses, and revenue streams, ensuring financial sustainability and adherence to organizational financial policies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Billing departments to optimize revenue cycle management and financial performance.
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance :
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies across regional clinics.
- Support Office Managers in implementing quality assurance measures, conducting audits, and addressing compliance-related issues..
Requirements :
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare operations with demonstrated leadership and management expertise.
Skills Knowledge of mental health services, regulations, and best practices
Proficiency of use in Microsoft Programs and EMR usage
