Through transitional housing, programs and supportive services, we provide families in Washington State with opportunities for life change to overcome trauma, generational poverty and situational homelessness. Job Summary : The Mental Health Counselor provides mental health services to families in Vision House's transitional housing program, addressing the unique challenges of those experiencing homelessness. This role works as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess client mental health needs, provide counseling, and connect families with community resources. The Mental Health Counselor supports individuals and families through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, helping them heal from trauma and build a foundation for long-term stability.

REPORTS TO : Family Program Counseling Lead

HOURS : 40 hours per week, hourly, Monday-Friday based on program needs

LOCATION : Shoreline, WA

Our new Mental Health Counselor will enjoy the following benefits :

• $30 - $34 per hour DOE
