The Opportunity

With the support of nearly 100 colleagues across four US locations and a deep specialisation in the Built Environment, this is your chance to own and grow the Data Center Operations market in one of the fastest‑expanding sectors in tech infrastructure.

The demand for reliable, secure, and scalable data‑center operations has never been higher – from hyperscale facilities to edge‑computing sites – and Miami is fast becoming a key strategic location for operators serving both North and South America.

You’ll have the advantage of existing client relationships, a warm network, and the backing of the Harper Harrison and LHi brands. This role requires a blend of market mapping, proactive business development, and relationship building to deliver high‑value recruitment solutions to both new and established clients.

• Competitive base salary $70k-$120k (negotiable depending on experience) + uncapped commission (up to 50%), with half & full year bonuses
