Job Title : QA Associate / Analyst 3

Location : Austin, TX

Job Description :

• Client requires the services of 1 QA Associate / Analyst 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of QA Associate / Analyst 3, Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client.
• All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Client and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law.
• Investigate and diagnose quality complaints, track down components, and recommend corrective actions. Verify logs, databases, and other data to track and flag quality concerns and improvements.
• QA Automation Analyst 3 will be responsible for the development and maintenance of test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Experience preparing UAT test cases, aligning them with business requirements, and conducting walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure clarity.
• Tracks test case execution and provides reporting. Use Jira to log and track defects. Develops and maintains requirements traceability matrices.
• Must have experience working in an Agile environment. Supports the development team as needed in dev, test, and UAT environments and troubleshoots the defect as required.
