QA Associate / Analyst 3 (Hybrid)

Job Title :

• QA Associate / Analyst 3 (Hybrid) Location : Austin, TX Duration : 12 Months Job Description : QA Automation Analyst 3 will be responsible for the development and maintenance of test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Experience preparing UAT test cases, aligning them with business requirements, and conducting walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure clarity.
• Tracks test case execution and provides reporting.
• Use Jira to log and track defects.
• Develops and maintains requirements traceability matrices.
• Must have experience working in an Agile environment.
• Supports the development team as needed in dev, test, and UAT environments and troubleshoots the defect as required.
• Job Requirements Experience in writing and executing test cases, as well as creating test plans.
• Knowledge of software usability concepts and requirements traceability, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
• Knowledge of Xray Test Case management tool Knowledge and experience working with a scrum team in an agile environment to deliver software release sprints for client on time, with a focus on quality using Jira and SharePoint.
• Proficient in defect tracking and management using industry-standard tools such as Jira and systematically log, categorize, and prioritize identified defects, ensuring a clear and organized record of issues throughout the software development lifecycle.  Knowledge of SQL query writing to perform CURD operations.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman, SOAPUI, JMETER or similar.
