Job descriptionLead HVAC design for tenant fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades, including riser diagrams, equipment layouts, and specifications. Develop design criteria and basis-of-design documentation aligned with project goals. Produce comprehensive contract documents, including layouts for mechanical rooms, shafts, and risers. Design ancillary systems such as UPS, generators, fuel oil systems, and water reclamation systems. Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits, and perform punch-list inspections. Support project scheduling and resource planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in HVAC design and project coordination. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC design calculations. Strong understanding of mechanical codes, documentation standards, and interdisciplinary coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
