About the Role :
Were looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team in a temporary capacity. In this role, you'll support our customer service and account management functions by handling a variety of administrative and customer communication tasks.
Temporary Role
Hours : 11AM-5PM
Primary Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
- Return voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer payments, including cash transactions
- Send payment reminders via text and follow up on late payments by phone
- Contact customers regarding their accounts for non-coverage-related issues (primarily via text)
- Document calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in our CRM platform
Qualifications :
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactionsExperience using a CRM or similar system preferredAbility to manage time effectively and work independentlyPrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plusBasic cash-handling experience is helpful
