Qualifications :

" Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

" 5+ years experience.

Responsibilities :

" Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production.

" Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.

" Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.

" Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.

" Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.

" Assist development of new products.

" Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.

" Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.

" Test products & software

Preferred Skills :

" Product or process engineering experience.

" Product assembly and test experience.

" Experience with optics, sensors, and / or electronic assemblies.

" Experience with product yield management and improvement.
