7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm, Mon-Fri. Year-round (12 months); 8 hours per day.

Starting Pay

$23.97 / hr to $31.01 / hr, depending on experience

Essential Job Functions

Provide preventative maintenance, repairs and installation for heating, cooling and ventilation equipment throughout the District. Repair and / or install related equipment such as heat pumps, unit ventilators, control systems, humidifiers, cooling towers, boilers, VAV boxes, exhaust fans, air compressors and other HVAC equipment. Repair ice machines, refrigerators and drinking fountains.
