As a Security Officer Flex - Retail Patrol Driver in Annapolis, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer at a retail or mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible to customers and staff. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining open communication with both visitors and team members. This is a driving position, requiring a valid driver's license. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
