Your Career

As a Sr Business Insights Consultant within our Strategy Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and effectiveness of our Support Organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing and translating business processes into data models and system workflows. Your insights will directly impact how we streamline support operations, enhance system efficiency, and enable faster, more relevant solutions for the business. Your Impact

Data & Process Translation : Analyze and translate business processes into data models and system workflows. Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated to inform system and reporting enhancements.

Reporting & Data Impact Assessment : Evaluate changes in systems or processes and assess their impact on reporting requirements. Define actions needed to update or create new reports to meet business needs.

Insights & Improvement Opportunities : Identify opportunities for improvement across business systems, processes, and workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders to communicate these opportunities and drive improvements.

Stakeholder Management : Present insights, progress, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, managers, and team members, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.

Ownership & Agility : Demonstrate a high level of initiative and ownership in driving goals and adapting to evolving business priorities. Take end-to-end responsibility for initiatives, from identifying business needs to implementing effective solutions.

System & Tool Proficiency : Develop a deep understanding of key business systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Genesys, and Tableau. Learn and support system workflows, case handling processes, and KPIs relevant to support functions.

Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with relevant system and business changes. Quickly learn new tools and systems (e.g., Asana, JIRA) to effectively contribute to business insights.

Your Experience

Proven experience in business analysis, specifically translating business processes into system workflows and data models.

Ability to assess and communicate the impact of system or process changes on reporting, and to update or create reports accordingly.

Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying business process improvement opportunities and translating them into actionable insights.

A high level of independence and initiative, with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Familiarity with business systems and tools (Salesforce, Genesys, Asana, JIRA) and relevant support KPIs (e.g., TTR, SLA).

Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau, with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems and tools.

Prior experience in support or customer service organizations is preferred.

Familiarity with general support business processes (e.g., case handling, escalations) and relevant support KPIs.

Previous experience in a business analysis or support operations role, with hands-on experience supporting a support team or organization.

The Team

You will be embedded within our Business Insights team within Support Operations, a highly collaborative and dynamic group that directly influences the performance of the organization. The team works cross-functionally with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and support teams to drive improvements and deliver actionable insights that have a direct impact on the success of the business. By joining this team, you will gain a deep understanding of key business systems and processes while contributing to critical decisions that shape our support operations.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales / commissioned roles) is expected to be between $153000 - $247500YR.
