About the Company : We are a full-service construction and site development company serving commercial, industrial, retail, and public sectors throughout NY, NJ, and CT. Our projects include excavation, utilities, roadwork, and ground-up construction, with in-house management from site preparation through project completion.

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects ranging from $1M to $15M in scope. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in land clearing, excavation, underground utilities, and managing multiple crews on-site.

Responsibilities :

• Manage projects involving land clearing, tree removal, blasting, excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and road installation
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors, providing leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and office personnel to ensure smooth project execution
