Driven by a passion for sales, the full-time Licensed P&C Insurance Agent will engage potential clients with high-energy pitches, manage inbound and outbound calls, and exceed sales goals while working remotely during specified hours. Key responsibilities Engage potential clients and deliver sales pitches to grow the book of business Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets while managing customer interactions Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up on complaints Required qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license Proven sales experience with a successful track record Ability to thrive in a high-energy, competitive environment Strong phone handling skills and customer orientation Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
