Responsibilities

  • Use a variety of tools to assemble durable LED lighting fixtures or Ovens from start to finish.
  • Read blueprints and work instructions.
  • Wire and perform electrical testing.
  • Support quality mechanical assembly processes.
  • Support our best-in-class safety program.
  • Support teamwork and cross-training throughout the assembly lines.
  • Package and perform other tasks related to the finished product

Requirements :

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a basic skills test.
  • Capacity to work well with others
  • Easily adaptable to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience using various hand, electric and air tools preferred
  • Experience reading mechanical and electrical blueprints preferred
  • Experience with safely using live circuits for testing products is a plus.
  • Motivation to work with minimal supervision
  • Desire to work in a positive environment with people who demonstrate strong character and passion for teamwork.

Physical Demands

  • This position requires the ability to be on your feet and moving around the majority of the shift but employees may sit from time to time.
  • Employees occasionally need to climb, balance, stoop or kneel.
  • We have ergonomic work stations.
  • Employees must be able to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds frequently throughout the day and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • This role requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
