Responsibilities
- Use a variety of tools to assemble durable LED lighting fixtures or Ovens from start to finish.
- Read blueprints and work instructions.
- Wire and perform electrical testing.
- Support quality mechanical assembly processes.
- Support our best-in-class safety program.
- Support teamwork and cross-training throughout the assembly lines.
- Package and perform other tasks related to the finished product
Requirements :
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a basic skills test.
- Capacity to work well with others
- Easily adaptable to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience using various hand, electric and air tools preferred
- Experience reading mechanical and electrical blueprints preferred
- Experience with safely using live circuits for testing products is a plus.
- Motivation to work with minimal supervision
- Desire to work in a positive environment with people who demonstrate strong character and passion for teamwork.
Physical Demands
- This position requires the ability to be on your feet and moving around the majority of the shift but employees may sit from time to time.
- Employees occasionally need to climb, balance, stoop or kneel.
- We have ergonomic work stations.
- Employees must be able to lift and / or move up to 10 pounds frequently throughout the day and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- This role requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
